I understand that by submitting this data I am giving consent for my data to be held by Farnborough Volleyball Club for the purposes of emailing or messaging me about club activities, allowing me to book to attend training and other sessions, recording my attendance and working out fees due for sessions, matches, outdoor play and other club activities. It will be used for sending me statements for payment and chasing me up if needed.

Photographs and videos are permitted at the club’s sessions. By applying to join, you consent to photographs and videos being taken of yourself or your child during volleyball activities and authorise Farnborough Volleyball Club and its officers, agents and volunteers to use them for our media purposes.
